Hey fellas, situation is we have an plot in jaipur near Bombay hospital, now we got to know that someone has put stay order on that plot .

Now need to know what is an stay order , what should we do . Plss helpp.

So as I understand your situation. Some person has filed a suit against you, and has obtained a stay/injunction order without your appearance. Now you only know that there is an order, but don’t know any other details.

Usually when a suit is filed, court gives a temporary stay order after hearing only one side, and then Issues notice to the other party for informing them that look this case has been filed against you so you file your reply. Now receiving of this notice may take time.

I am asking have you received such notice from court?

In other way, let me know the details what all you know, I can try finding the order online.
