May 9, 2025 at 8:20 amI ordered Veg Triple Schezwan Rice (1000 ml) from “Shanghai Chef Chinese” via Swiggy. I suspected the quantity was low, so I weighed the container—and it was only 578g including the box. I reached out to Swiggy support with full proof (order details + photo of the food on a weighing scale), but they refused a refund and told me to “just rate the restaurant.”
This is blatant under-delivery and misrepresentation. I paid for 1 liter of food and got nearly half. Swiggy’s refusal to act is disappointing.Has anyone else faced this kind of issue? Any suggestions on getting a proper response from them?

So your 1 litre of food should weigh around 580gms. And you got 578 gms, calculating for variances in ingredients and recipe, this is does not really make a difference.
