VWell I have to tell details or else you guys won’t understand so on 2020 may month his mother put a case for alimony and take back her streedhan without any police case against her husband she even wanted if it’s mutual Divorce it will be good she start attempt court hearing on December and also treated well she also like I don’t want anyone hate just give my streedhan and some money to establish my son and that will be fine , but later her ex husband on that day message her father that thanks for not doing it, but later cyber bully her father so her father gave the ss to the lawyer but lawyer neither did cyber report or anything like that so after start of hearing the lawyer welcome and support her till 2 hearing but after all hearing lawyer became pressurized her go back to him or make her sad saying ” you’re the only case I’m facing new others people aren’t this much critical” like making her more disappoint she can go others lawyer too because her parents not support her neither help her with money support or mental support she hv to fight alone she have to stay with this lawyer only , 5 years lawyer did 1 affidavit and 1 summons and neither she got back her streedhan neither she got her alimony also she facing money insufficiency if she tell her parents to grow her money she denies , slangs her , says to get out from my house even don’t even care police, ex husband broke out the house her parents supporting him not her , he assault us this time too lawyer did nothing, she called women’s helpline, bar council, human rights commission they all says please contact west bengal brunch and they did nothing we did many emails to them too but also no one helpful now please give me suggestions in this what she facing its ofc suffocating for her what she can do that she can get out of this .
