Hi everyone, I have recently set up a sole proprietorship digital marketing firm. I am currently in discussions with my first potential client. I have used online templates to create a draft service agreement and would like it to be reviewed by a lawyer to cover any loopholes. Please note, I plan on providing marketing services to both Indian and non-Indian businesses. Where can I find a lawyer for this and usually what are the charges?
