April 3, 2025 at 5:24 amI have faced mental harassment, as well as time and money loss due to Apna Mechanic company.
Long story short –
1. Their first mechanic Picked up my scooter from home to their garage.
2. Mechanic sends online screenshot of parts and show it as mine
3. Tried to steal some of my parts, did not resolve my issue
4. Had to travel 18 km to garage from home at night, only to find scooter is still not starting.
5. Parked at random location. Left it their over night. Got back home.
6. Complained with company, company sends another mechanic, had to travel to parking spot (18 km from home), stuck in traffic, he denied coming due to delay of 20-30 mins.
7. ‘Apna Mechanic’ company denies compensation for my loss, does not pick up my calls, does not answer the textDue to this, I had to spend more than Rs. 2000 from my pocket, my two days got wasted, I had to face mental harassment. Now scooter has multiple big issues confirmed by third mechanic.
I have all the proofs, screenshots of chat, recording of conversations, photos as well.
How to get the compensation for my time, money loss and mental harassment I faced in consumer court. Company is based out of Gurugram, I live in Bangalore.

April 12, 2025 at 9:30 amI am from Bangalore, I talked to a lawyer online, but that lawyer didn’t help at all, she says we can file your consumer case but it will run for 7-8 years (even after all the evidences), and you may not get expected compensation-
