January 25, 2025 at 10:26 amHi everyone,I am in need of your advice to submit some video recordings as evidence to court.
My lawyer requested me to copy the recording into a dvd and get it certified, but he doesn’t know where to get it certified from.
Could anyone please advice where can I get the evidence certified in Bangalore.
Thank you in advance.

January 25, 2025 at 11:17 amYou will have to furnish a certificate under Section 63 BSA, certifying that the electronic evidence has not been manipulated/altered/morphed in any way. Get it attested. You’d be good to go.-

January 25, 2025 at 11:29 am“The expert has to state the hash value of the electronic/ digital record and
the algorithm through which it is obtained, in his certificate. Hash value is a
unique numeric value that represents the contents of a file or data. The hash
value of received data can be compared to the hash value of the original data to
check if it’s been altered. An algorithm is a mathematical function that converts
data into a fixed-length string of characters.”So where in Bangalore can I find this expert?
