Need Urgent Advice: Trapped in Loan App Scam and Facing Harassment

I’m going through a stressful situation and need your advice. I recently applied for a small loan on a loan app, but they processed a larger loan (₹9000) without my consent. Now, they’re harassing me, threatening to contact my family and friends, and demanding repayment.

I’ve already:

1. Filed a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Portal.

2. Been advised by cybercrime officials not to repay the money and to block their numbers.

Despite this, I’m still anxious because they have access to my contact list and are threatening to spread false information about me. I’m worried about how my family might react if they receive calls from these scammers.

Have any of you dealt with something similar? How did you handle it? Any advice on how to stay calm and protect myself during this situation?
