Okay so there’s this female dog which came to the neighborhood a month back, she was pregnant and there is this girl who works in ngo who didn’t used to live here, she moved in around the same time and used to feedthe female dogs and made a shelter kinda thing outside the house which isn’t wrong
But the problem started after the female dog gave birth and the puppies used to litter everywhere and usually due to the safety of kids as our neighborhood has alot of kids from 2-5 year range we don’t let the street dogs stay. Now the puppies litter(poop) infront of the houses and one of them came to my house and came in the main gate though the gap below and pooped almost at the entrance.
Some people asked the girl that what are we suppose to do as they’re not a fan of cleaning dog poops everyday and the girl said it’s not her problem since they’re not her dogs. she’s just giving them food and shelter and they can do whatever they want.
Now one day a guy in our neighbourhood gets in his car and when he started it he got to know that one of the puppies was sitting under the car near the tires(according to that guy he did check before for the pupps and he didn’t see any)
The puppy unfortunately died and the ngo girl got mad and called the cops on the guy and is trying to file FIR.
I tried suggesting to my family that we should call animal shelter but I got to know there isn’t any government animal shelter here.
I wanted some advice on if there is a way so that this issue would be resolved without any chaos

this honestly sounds more like a neighbourhood management issue that slowly turned emotional after the puppy died. the difficult part is that once people start taking sides between animal welfare and resident frustration things escalate very quickly even if nobody originally intended harm. from what you described the car incident does not sound intentional but emotions are obviously high now because a puppy died. probably the best thing right now is avoiding arguments about blame and focusing on practical solutions like sterilisation relocation support or coordinated feeding areas before the situation gets uglier. has anyone from the locality actually tried contacting any private ngo or municipal animal birth control team yet or has it mostly just been fights between residents and the girl feeding them

Form a whatsapp group, nominate a Capt, keep a score. Captain takes poop pics and shares location in group, volunteers scoop da poop and throw it on the ngo lady’s door. Make it a contest. 5 days from start of poopolymicis, the poop which didn’t bother her is her genuine problem, the puppies pooping is her problem, everything is her problem.

She gets to feed the puppies she gets the food she fed back to her door as poop which is a karmic balance of what is given comes backeth.

Okay I’m a bit high, not too high but hii…

Throw poot at random places not just the door, the car/scooter, porch, her plant pots, balcony is great place, also kapde sukane dale hoo toh uspe bhi…

If she doesn’t budget still, file an fir at local ngo stating she bought a pregnant female dog into the society and post birth abandoned it on the road, state it as animal cruelty and abandonment pca section 11i is best or 326 if any more puppies die.

If you all support raising the pups, the pups will protect the human kids. Only empty stomach pups will attack someone. The hands who feed doesn’t get bitten. Idk why our society is so anti-animals.

Ever guessed why those dogs don’t poop at that girl’s house?

So the guy killed a puppy and he didn’t apologise. Something doesn’t add up to this story. I have a feeling you are with holding some facts and not telling the whole story after the puppy died.
