Two people who live across from our house broke in and attacked my grandfather, severely injuring his knee. He now requires surgery. At the time, only my aunt and her two daughters were home—there were no men present. The attackers claimed that my grandfather used to stare at their women when passing by.

We are in shock and don’t know what to do next. Any advice on how to handle this legally and ensure justice for my grandfather?”

This involves Females , My father is hesitating to file a complain.
Not to mention those neighbours, we are afraid they can do something if we actually did filed a complain, as my two sisters live there.
