I am here asking for advice on what next steps I can take to make Tata Neu resolve my issue. Can I file a report in Consumer Forum?
The story is below: I have used Tata Neu Credit card and Tata Neu App to make a transaction and for such transaction there is 10% Neu coins. That’s around 165 coins basically. Though I have done the transactio via CC due to a glitch in Tata Neu app it mentions that the amount was deducted via Bank account. It’s been 20 days now that they have taken all the statements from me, but are refusing to resolve my issue. All I get is generic apologize email. I have reached out to their grievance email, but no response as well.
