April 23, 2025 at 3:26 pmI had taken a space on rent from a warehousing company (A). A took the space on lease from another company(B).I have paid all my rentals on time to A. A never paid it’s rent to B and B has stopped all the operation of A now. As a result my dispatches to customers has taken a hit. I am looking for a legal remedy here. Does B has any right to stop the dispatches? Should I send a legal notice to both?
