I had taken a space on rent from a warehousing company (A). A took the space on lease from another company(B).

I have paid all my rentals on time to A. A never paid it’s rent to B and B has stopped all the operation of A now. As a result my dispatches to customers has taken a hit. I am looking for a legal remedy here. Does B has any right to stop the dispatches? Should I send a legal notice to both?

Hi. Iโ€™m a Delhi based lawyer. Depends on how well your rights are covered/not covered under the Agreement. Can only advise upon reading the same.

Is it also possible to sue B as well for damages?
