DGuys I am a student and will be pursuing [M.Tech](http://m.tech/) from this year. Having a low financial background, I was working as an intern for a company in Noida and the internship got over on 1st Dec. It was a 2-month internship, but the salary for the second month (₹10,000) has not been paid yet. I have called many times, but they keep delaying it, saying they don’t have money or projects and haven’t even paid their employees. What can I do to get the money, or is there nothing I can do? Someone told me to file a court case, but I don’t have time for that since I have ongoing entrance exams and interviews. What should I do?
