Notice period.

  I want to leave my current organisation but they are forcing me to serve notice period.
  I am very open to pay in lieu of notice but they are not willing to negotiate.
  In my employment contract the employer holds the right to terminate without notice but if I want out , they can decide whether or not they want monetary compensation for notice .
  What are my options.
  
  PS . I need to leave the organisation at any cost .

  Why did you sign the contract that time? you should have refused to join at their terms right? You didn’t mention why you want to leave at strike.
  
  You are saying want to leave at any cost, did you tell this to HR, just ask them the cost two times and they will leave you.
