April 1, 2025 at 6:46 amLet’s say a company has 60 days notice. If an employee resigns, is ready to serve the whole 60 days of notice but the company wants them to leave early. As per labor laws, Is it obligatory for the company to pay whole 60 days salary to the employee? Or just for the actual notice the employee has served? -

April 1, 2025 at 8:30 amNAL. If it’s resignation then they won’t have to pay u. If it’s a firing or layover then they must compensate you. This is based on what I’ve seen in the industry. Just make sure to get all the exit documents properly.
