Nursery Owner threatening me!

I ordered plants from an online nursery, but most arrived dead. The company agreed to replace them but substituted two plants without my consent and is now demanding payment for the replacements of 2 plants. When i offered to return the substituted plants in exchange for the original plants I ordered, the seller responded with threats of public shaming (posting a YouTube video) and harassment (visiting my home). Why should I do

Edit: I paid for the substituted plants minus the money the original plants cost. Substituted plant cost 420rupee and orginal plant cost 320 rupee, I paid him 100 rupee but he wants full amount of the substituted plant. What should I do

It is not worth losing your peace of mind for 400 rupees. Sort it out amicably. Worst case you lose the money but learn a lesson. Better than escalating the issue. Just my two cents.

Tell him/her to do whatever they want, name and Shame always, always be on gaurd as you will be scammed in India.

That’s the thumb rule.

Nobody can come to your place and create nuisances. Just call the police if he comes. He sent a costlier plant to his mistake. Let him deal with the company and you deal with the company. If u can afford 400 then pay and provide a review.

If you have already paid the difference amount then not sure if there is anything for the seller to demand.

Also coming to the threat, it looks more like a bluff than something they would follow through with.
