DSo my mom has 3 sisters, and a mom. Her father passed away in 2020, her father had a ton of money ( a plot in main city worth 10 cr, pension, jewelry and some investments). From the beginning the sisters had bad intentions, once they kicked us out (me and my mom) from that house. Following to this incident everything got sorted between my mom and her family (idk why but my mom has no friends and has a lonely personality. She needs emotional support from her family and sisters, and they take advantage of this).
So after a few months we all went on a vacation and they didn’t informed us that this vacation was mainly to discuss about the property. The elder sister who is a lawyer stated that we dont want anything, the other sister also said we arent interested, and the youngest one ( she lives there with her mother to take care of her, said that she doesn’t have pension etc basically she was interested as she lived there). My mom was unaware of this thing so she kept quiet and my father said we weren’t informed about this we need some time to think ( he handled it quite well, they all wanted to pressurize us and surrender that property). My mom was also shocked, they had very bad intentions.
After that trip my mom stopped communicating about that matter to me and my father, she thought we are greedy. Also my mom dad had a lotta fights so she didn’t inform us about these things which happened later. After 2 years or so they decided to construct a hall and some shops on ground floor and first floor for rental income for all the sisters, also they decided to construct 2 floors ( huge) for residing there (the youngest sister and her husband have issues and are on the verge of a divorce) (the youngest sisters constructed a penthouse on second floor with her money, and the eldest sister also had a plan to construct on the thrid floor) Meanwhile i didn’t had good relations with them at that time, they suddenly changed the plan and took advantage of my mom, took her signatures notarized it added clauses of no loan mortgage and sale. Also they took signatures in which had a clause that the land is free and whoever wants to construct can do it.
They SCAMMED US, today i went to my grandma to speak about these things, she denied me the entry in the house. My mom has a fear of loosing her sisters and doesn’t take stand from my side. WHAT THE FUCK SHOULD I DO, I AM FUC*ED.

ZCan’t do anything OP. Your mum is not very smart and that is one of the biggest drawback in today’s time and age. Legal recourse won’t lead much but u can try, if u have enough money and your mums support.

DThe only solution you have now
Is to harass them legally, you have the right to file a suit challenging the validity of such transfer(illegality, coercion). But you need a damn smart lawyer who knows this field to make your aunts do ‘Court ke chakkar’.

Pbhai tu court me chala bhi jaayega toh wo log teri mummy ko manipulate kardenge kahne me ki wo unhone apne mann se transfer kari thi. khud ka mehnat ka paisa kama isse ab chodh de.

DTrue, mom wont support me at any cost, saw a live example, after all these things she took stand for her mom. I am doomed 🙁

Pbuddy you arent doomed. tere paas apni poori life hai apni kismat hai. sab log inheritance ke paise se successful nahi hote. bas khush rah ki tujhe ye pata chal gaya who you can trust who you cannot. agar ye sab nahi hota toh ek din jab tu successful hota ye sab leech karte tere success se.
