One of the four owners not willing to pay money for apartment building renovation!

Hello,

our community consists of four blocks and our our block consists of four houses. There is water seepage issues in the building and that lead to various issues inside and outside the building and it’s high time we made some renovation on the outside building surface to arrest the water and that will resolve the issue inside the building as well. the problem is,out of four owners, we three agreed for renovation, but one owner who left th3 house for rent is not agreeing and in maximum effort,willing to pay only one third of his share for renovation. This affects the process and water seepage issues continue to arise. How can we tackle this issue?

if there is RWA, its easy to handle this.. if there is no RWA, you have to convince him. there is no other way.. also need to talk to tenant too and ask him to pressure the owner…
