April 8, 2025 at 7:59 pmIn 2023, my fathers firm had a pretty good business with a firm called Sundropship Pvt. Ltd. We supplied mobile phones on discounted rate for there local ecommerce business (there customer based & operations were based in East U.P). The scale of business-partnership b/w was very good approax 1-2 cr/month was our transaction amount (all paid through bank and invoiced fully on gst).
Last year in November, there payments were getting delayed by 10-20 days and then the firm disappeared, and our last bill of approax 75lac invoiced is unpaid. We filed the sales gst and everything but we are not sure if they have taken the supply input on gst portal or not? My CA is telling that only way for checking whether they have accepted the invoice or not is through local gst hq. We have news that Sundropship has started there operations in Lko.Please tell me what legal methods can I use for recurring my funds?

April 8, 2025 at 9:36 pmHi. Iโm a Delhi based lawyer. Do you have some evidence of them being liable to pay this amount? Also, their current address? For you will require the same to send a legal notice and to initiate legal proceedings such as file suit for recovery etc. You can also file a police complaint and build a case for fraud etc.-

April 9, 2025 at 6:52 amApart from gst invoice what other evidence can be produced by me.
And, my father’s lawyer is head of bar council here and very influential lawyer. He is recommending that filing a fraud case will make the funds almost unrecoverable bcz case will go one for times & we may also get unfavourable orders. Rather we should use political influence and other things & twist his arms fro recovery. Since, he (lawyer) is my fathers best friend I totally ignore wrong intentions from his side (providing non-legal methods). But I want to use legal resources available to me. If we calculate, my firm has paid approax 4Cr in taxes (in 2023-24) only for Sundropship, do we have any safety net? Is there any legal way of recovering my funds faster than long going legal proceedings.-

May 4, 2025 at 8:26 pmEven I lost around 10L in sundropship… And it seems like there has been no news that when will I get my money back… Sunil singh just used to show the future plan but he is not willing to payback the money they promised for… Leave the profit, they are not paying the principal amount… What are you planning to do to get back your money ?
