Ordered Ice tea from blinkit but it was already expired in October 2024

Same as title, I saw it after drinking. I don’t have any personal grudge from blinkit. But it could be dangerous for my health. Shall I report it in consumer court by signing a grievance ? Or first shall I report it to the customer service team ? I don’t know how should I be compensated, but this is a very big mistake from blinkit’s side.

First complain to the customer service. Most probably you will get a refund. If you had noted the batch number write an email to the company saying that Blinkit is still selling their expired products, so that you can potentially save others too. If both Blinkit and the company don’t respond then you can approach the consumer forum.
