Our paying guest havent paid rent for 3 months now

As i mentioned above , we asked our tenants to pay us the rent for their room and they never give it . We thought they will gives after we asked them to do so but they didn’t even paid us . Now its been 3 months they haven’t gave us any penny , we are the one who are paying for their electricity bill. These bitches got their son to go for tutions but can’t pay for our rent .
We hail from a normal tier-3 town where we take rent without giving any slips and all. They pay us in cash .
Please help us what can we do now

Please file a court case as soon as possible. u can sue them also, court will gonna fuck them..

You can send a legal notice for recovery of dues from an advocate. Mention everything related to the description of the property, rent agreement and its duration, any special clauses etc. Intimate all this to the advocate and he/she will draft a legal notice.
After the notice, if the issue still persists your advocate can advise you to approach the court directly and institute a suit for the same….
