        1. Incident Overview: I purchased a weekend unlimited popcorn offer at PVR for โ‚น920. At the counter, they handed me two extra packets of popcorn, saying they were included. Later, I found online that the actual price for unlimited popcorn was โ‚น770, meaning I was overcharged by โ‚น150.

        2. Misleading Information: The staff did not disclose the โ‚น150 charge for the additional packets. When I asked for an invoice, they sent me an incorrect one with someone elseโ€™s name, phone number, and payment method. After I complained, they sent another invoice, which was also incorrect.

        3. Privacy Violation: Sharing someone elseโ€™s invoice with me, containing their personal information, raises concerns about a data privacy breach.

        4. Pattern of Overcharging: On Reddit, I found another user who reported a similar experience. It seems PVR might be running this overcharging practice on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

        5. Proof Collected: I have all the evidence, including WhatsApp messages with the manager, the invoices they sent, and even a recording of the conversation where they admitted to the overcharging.

        6. Legal and Ethical Dilemmas:

Is this a valid case of misleading customers and a privacy violation?

Can I pursue legal action for the financial loss, emotional distress, and privacy breach?

What steps should I take to address this issue effectively?

Mail karo sabse pehle to PVR – they ll mostly raise your complaint and high likely to reimburse you – show them the invoice of someone elseโ€™s name given to you
