BRight to work (non governmental), right to own non agricultural land, not a time bound thing
But remember that it’s glorified long term Visa (the name is a misnomer) that can be revoked and you can be denied entry if the government doesn’t want you to enter. You have no constitutionally protected right to enter the country as with Indian citizens.
That being said, since you are technically a foreigner, the Protected areas require permit and you don’t have rights to subsidies and all.

SYou have more rights than even a citizen.
You can enjoy coveted higher education and job opportunities but you don’t have to pay any additional taxes. You can run back to your country of citizenship whenever there are any problems in India.
You can even work for the defense department of your new country and sabotage India’s interest and get away with that as there is no security background check required for you.
They say that you cannot vote, do a govt job or hols agricultural land but these restrictions are on paper only. In reality, everything goes if you grease the palms of officials.
OCI is perfect example of Indian corruption. Rights without responsibility. You can demand to be treated better than Indian citizens. But when India needs you, you can simply turn your back and go back to your new country.
