Passport address for minor

My husband has different address in all his documents which is the old house we used to live.
My daughter is minor and we have to apply for passport but her birth certificate has a different address.
I don’t have a passport yet.
And we want to add current address in her passport.
What address proof would be needed.
In office they said father’s Aadhaar card would be counted as the address proof but we dant want that address in passport.
And there is a time crunch.

Birth certificate pe address change krwa lo. It is a required document also make sure it is digitally signed . We wasted time as our wasn’t digitally signed .

We just updated the birth certificate in the new format. Does it again need to be digitally signed?

Minor’s address will be same as parents passport.

No. It’s delivered to address on passport
