If a person is retired and his savings are finished in fighting a high court case what’s the solution then? Do every one get a legal aid?

You can be your own lawyer or find any ngo who will have contacts with freelancing advocates

Or get a lawyer from legal aid.

None of these options are usually good, though.

In such cases, seeking legal aid services or NGOs that offer free legal support can be a lifeline. For retired individuals whoโ€™ve finished their savings, exploring government schemes, legal aid programs, or even crowdfunding options might help. Unfortunately, not everyone automatically qualifies for legal aid, but it’s always worth checking with local legal aid authorities to see what support is available.
