Until she dies or remarries. Also, if there are any change in financial circumstances of the husband, he can apply for modification of the amount.

The judgments in this regard are very conflicted. But if the wife commits adultery and continues to do it for most part of her marriage and if the same is proved, it can surely be pleaded that because of it, she is not entitled to maintenance.

Also how will you prove she is in a relationship btw

She has to remarry. Well, adultery will have to be proved with documentary evidence and one’s testimony at the time of cross examination.
