Planning to start an online Pharmacy. Need clarification regarding one thing

So I’m planning to start an online Pharmacy although I’m not from medical background. I need to know is it necessary for medical licence holder to be a partner in the company or he can just be an employee?

As far as I know QUALIFIED PERSON ie registered pharmacist is necessary for your current situation!

You will get caught during inspection if non registered individuals are found dispensing medicine ..

Moreover, Non pharmacists will never know the difference between schedule H or O drug and dispense it like candies ..
Your pharmacy will end up in trouble

I wish u the best for ur business but request you to do it the right way not shortcuts by employing a non pharmacist

Yeah we will be dispensing through the registered employee only but only clarification needed was regarding whether he needs to be a business partner or not. Thanks for your response 👍

There are a lot of judgments pending on legality of e-pharmacies. The law is evolving, so pls keep yourself updated on that too.
