You will get caught during inspection if non registered individuals are found dispensing medicine ..Moreover, Non pharmacists will never know the difference between schedule H or O drug and dispense it like candies ..
Your pharmacy will end up in troubleI wish u the best for ur business but request you to do it the right way not shortcuts by employing a non pharmacist

April 28, 2025 at 5:30 amThere are a lot of judgments pending on legality of e-pharmacies. The law is evolving, so pls keep yourself updated on that too.
