April 15, 2025 at 4:37 pmI am working in a company since 2 months but i am tired of daily overtime and toxic boss, i dont get pf here. I am thinking of leaving the company and wont be mentioning this on linkedin or resume and in future will tell companies i was self upskilling myself. I really cant take more pressure from this company. Can i leave it and tell my company i cant continue due to bad health?
I am bit scared because owner of company has political connections and lots of money.
Can the owner take legal action on me for leaving? -

April 15, 2025 at 5:03 pmi would recommend resigning formally, it would leave a good impression and protect you from future trouble, cite a reason like moving to village or something similar, also it’s always better to leave when you have another job offer in hand

April 16, 2025 at 8:08 amLawyer here, read your employment contract, see the termination and resignation clause what does it say. Arey you on probation? Do you need to pay some fee for not serving notice period? Did they give you any kind of technical training that they might legally ask you to pay for? These are the questions you should look for.
