Please Help a co is scamming

There is a XYZ co which came in our college and take 4 candidates in the co stating that there will be 4 months internship which they will pay 16k and after that it will converted in to job but when we joined the co after our training completed the hr said you will be paid on performance basic no fixed money will be given like wtf you should have state that earlier and it was not mentioned in the offer letter also please advise what should I do i have already given 20 days in that co

Good you have only given 20 days. Stop everything and start finding a job. Dont think about pursuing legally for your scenario, you’ll end up wasting time and resources.

Ask the Hr to give everything in writing, so that when you are interviewing for a different company you dont miscommunicate about your current employer. Best of luck.
