USo for context, my neighbours who are having police connections make a lot of noise. By making a lot of noise, I mean they literally yell, they shout, their kids play on road even at 10 in night. The RWA doesn’t does anything. Everyone is fed-up of them but no one takes action. THEY ALSO FIGHT WITH PEOPLE AND EVEN DID AIR FIRING BUT STILL NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. POLICE COMES AND WATCHES FROM A DISTANCE AND GOES AWAY. THEY EVEN ONCE STONE PELTED BY CALLING GOONS FROM UP. I’m not even able to sleep at night. They have 2 buildings and they’re a joint muslim family of west up, with no etiquette and values. I want to do a police case but I can’t as they have links with police. How can I take a legal action without my name getting revealed.
Tldr – my neighbours who have police connections make a lot of noise and I can’t even study and focus. How to take legal action without letting them know it’s me.

UOnce someone did a police case regarding to illegal construction of house by them. And they got to know who did it and they stone pelted at their house as well as did air fire. The police was called but they stood at a distance and did nothing. I’m very skeptical if the same happened with me if I fir against them.

SPolice are there to protect you. Just do a FIR with the police. Also in your state, there might be some complaint registration portal, complain on that as well. Also get a legal notice delivered to your neighbour for this rukus they have created via some lawyer asking them to stop this non sense or they would take this matter to court

MOnce someone did this by writing om on the walls of the mosque, then it was closed for like 2weeks straight and no noise pollution.

PJoint families usually are loud. Kids are playing and all is normal. Don’t make fuss out of small things unless they are doing something really nasty. Create a tweet if you want to highlight. These days raw is quite active on twitter. Post some proof with video on twitter that will do the job.

HAlthough I did not support it all you need to do is run a campaign against them and their life will become hell there used to be a Muslim family in my society, they used to create a lot of ruckuses, and their son was a brat and used to call goons in society to beat the people, once he molested few girls one of them was Muslim so society members decided to inform some Hindu groups very next 4 Scorpio came in society and beat the sh*t out of that molester, they were even forced to leave the society as they were living on rent, the owner of the flat is Muslim itself it did not stop there they failed to find a flat in any society of Noida and were eventually forced to live in some village area in Ghaziabad once I met the sister of that molester and asked how they are doing she broke down and told me that the standard of living of the place where they are living so f**ked up and they did not like the place at all but are eventually forced to live there as its too hard for Muslims to find an apartment for rent or even to purchase the nearest metro station from their place is 20 Kms

You said UP? I hate to say it but find a BJP neta. Or start tweeting to UP Police on twitter. Copy local BJP folks. Make neighbors do it too. Someone will find a purpose to stick it to them.
