RSomeone has made dirty edits with my friend’s sister and posted them in a fake insta account. We reported the account like 300 times but the account isn’t removed. I adviced them to reach out the cybercell but he told his sister dosnt want to involve parents in this (she is a minor). Is there anything we can do for her. Can’t tolerate this happening with a girl who is like a sister to me.

SYes, because it asks photo IDs issued by the government for verification. You can cover the number on Aadhaar card with tape or paper before taking a photo of your card.

RUnfortunately these things are increasing day by day after AI has become mainstream. Some of my friends even suggested me to just ignore it. But I can’t stand this creep activities. This time they targeted my friend’s sister, Tommorow it can be someone else. This is how these creeps get confidence when they face no consequence of their actions. But unfortunately there is nothing legal I can do against it as, the girl is minor and her parents would blame her instead of that account. Indian society needs improvement in the way we deal with social media. Either ban these apps for kids or allow them to file a complaint without their parents.
