UI doubt that. When asking for Qouta based reservation isn’t illegal, asking for cast census isn’t illegal, asking for Caste based Qouta and doing strikes taking out procession isn’t illegal. Mentioning caste based reservation in Govt Jobs and their advertisement Online , newspaper isn’t illegal.
Availing Educational Institute seats based on Caste Qouta instead of merit system isn’t illegal.So why does the above case of asking caste becomes illegal???
In India Caste is more important as one Caste Certificate changes the fate !! Those who have Caste Certificate gets benefit in jobs, education, taxations , available Govt. Schemes but those who don’t have Caste Certificate or aren’t eligible due to being ” born ” in Upper Caste Section of society under General Qouta they are left to struggle in the rat race, need to be meritful to gain seats .
So those who enjoy Caste Benefits can’t they bear the reality of their Caste & face discrimination if at all they have to face in society since they themselves are in favour of being discriminatory to the other section of society & aren’t ashamed at all !!!
So I support caste based discrimination in society since my govt. , my legislation, my executive, my judiciary accept Caste is Important & uphold the discrimination being practiced officially by them.
Caste is indeed “important”.

Reservations are not poverty alleviating programs created for lower caste people ‘s enjoyment.
We owe it to them because our ancestors dragged them into poverty 1000 years ago. They were victims of abuse, social opression and discrimination and we still continue to do the same thing? Would you say the same thing for other opressed ethicities like Jews or maybe native americans? What the British did to us, we still don’t forgive them yet we want lower caste people to forget what they deserve and move on with life as if nothing happened? They probably have lost so much right to education, opportunities to built generational wealth unlike us. Before to go on telling me that there are some really rick LC people who dont deserve this special treatment, let me remind you that our ancestors took that right from them and so it definately shouldnt be on us to decide who derserves and who doesnt! Its only justice we give it back?

UNo, i didnt. I can confidently say some people just lucked out and good for them being able to get a chance. Do you really think they would have gotten any chance if it weren’t for reservations and laws against caste discrimination? The fact that some people defend themselves and say it should be only provided on the basis of economic class are also stupid. They suffered 1000 years of the shit from my ancestors, its only fitting they received a 1000 years of reservations. Honestly after seeing the current situation it hurts me that we are not happy for their success but rather bitter. This is so petty.

SOnce it’s level, then treating equal IS empathy. Remember you are talking ancestors of one group mistreating ancestors of another group and seeking revenge on current generation of one group while giving unequal pass to current generation of another group. Won’t this will look like mistreating (just in reverse) over time if you keep doing that?

UIt’s false narrative. They were dragged into poverty because they were coward. They couldn’t fight this invaders or Britishers. UOur history actually goes far back than when the british came. I gave an example of british to imply that in a country like india we understand opression because of British people. So why can’t we empathize with our victims? That sounds like hypocrisy and superiority complex.
Who is to say they didn’t fight? As per our history they were there for our services, had we let them become kingd and queens like upper caste folks, why wouldn’t they fight? Do you not know histiry is recorded by important people? People who have control and power? When the british and muslim came, they were already deep into the shit holes we created. After 1500 bce there was already growing level of untouchability and alllll if that shit man. I am very surprised many people dont know this. Oh god this is so crazy. UTell me Why Kejriwal himself availed Qouta to get into IIT ? Why Kejriwal own son & daughter avail Caste based reservation Qouta for education despite both of their parents being in Govt. Positions .
Tina Dabi & her sister both cleared IAS through Caste Reservation Qouta despite both of their parents well off economically so what societal challenge was crushing Tina Dabi & her younger sister that they couldn’t avail IAS qualification on merit ??

Then serve through your body , humility as well.As many in past have suffered such harrasments as well so you can pay it back to them by allowing others to do that to you.
