  “There was illegal construction taking place on our land, which is under a court stay order. My brother filed a complaint about this at the police chowki. The police came for an inspection and instructed both parties to come to the chowki. When my brother went there, he was arrested. When I arrived to gather information, I was also detained, and a challan was filed against me under IPC Section 151.
  
  What actions can be taken in this case? How can I take action against the daroga (head constable) and the constable involved?”

      Good step.
      
      Now approach to High Court for Police Inaction. Writ petition.
      
      Name that person in your application , entire case.
      
      Judge will summon SP. SP is forced to take action to save his post.
      
      Hire a Senior Advocate. Yes, It costs money but your problem will be solved.
