MI’m a part of a conflicted family and just want to dissociate myself from it entirely, parents included. There are no assets left anyway and I didn’t have anything to do with the liabilities as most if it was created when I was a minor.
Can I break free? I don’t want anything to do with family just want to live by myself peacefully.

QWhy not! No one can force you to associate with anyone as an adult. But a warning, parents support laws are available.

MBut I’ll inherit all of their liabilities and everything right? Amidst the feuds between my uncles I don’t want to get caught in crossfires

OP the concept of emancipation from parents is not prevalent in Indian Law.
However you can seek a separation from parents or change of guardianship.
