January 15, 2025 at 11:30 amAs i understand, if there’s an FIR in someone’s name for a congnizable bailable offense, they can be arrested without a warrant. In such cases, is it possible to apply for a pre arrest bail?

January 15, 2025 at 11:41 amIf it’s a bailable offence then you don’t need a pre arrest bail. The police officer will give the bail directly.-

January 15, 2025 at 11:48 amCourt won’t entertain ABA for bailable offence. Mostly it won’t reach the court if your advocate is even half smart.-
