April 11, 2025 at 2:14 pmHi, the area of 3m wide in front of plot is taken into consideration while selling the plot? The buyer says he won’t pay for it.
Anyone knows what’s the fact in such cases.
Thanks

April 11, 2025 at 2:26 pmWhy would a buyer pay for the road? Ideally he should pay for the plot only-

April 11, 2025 at 2:32 pmHere in Pune, PMC compensates for the land acquired. I am not sure about others. But ideally, they should also compensate. It is your land.-

April 11, 2025 at 2:36 pmIt’s just 3m wide road, in nashik and it’s already constructed. We didn’t get any compensation when it got constructed.-

April 11, 2025 at 2:37 pmThen you should check with your municipal corporation. I am afraid anything will be paid to you now. But the new buyer will not pay for the road-

April 12, 2025 at 3:12 pmI checked with lawyer..so he says, the owner can use this “lost” area due to road in floors above. So it is not lost as such..you should get value for the same during selling the plots.
