February 13, 2025 at 12:26 pmRecently sold a flat (almost), the other party is taking a loan for the same, and then the property dealer said they need a picture of the seller to receive the loan? This doesn’t sit right with me.He said, “ur obliged to, there’s a law” but won’t explain which and what law.
Is there any reason to doubt the dealer? He’s bent on us sharing the picture of the seller, with the house.

February 13, 2025 at 12:54 pmNever heard of such a thing. If they say it is for KYC etc, go with the buyer to the bank and get it done by the manager. I don’t know if you have signed the sale agreement yet, but I hope you have put in clear exit clauses.-
