April 8, 2025 at 8:14 am**Hi everyone,**
I need some help.My father bought our ancestral house in two parts β one part was inherited from his father (who is no longer alive), and the other part was legally purchased from one of his brothers. We have all the legal documents for both parts.
However, my father’s other brothers and their families are constantly creating disturbances and demanding money from him. My father is a businessman, and I am a working professional. They keep filing false cases against us under BNSS 126/135 repeatedly, allegedly by bribing the local SHO. Just last week, they even dragged one of my fatherβs friends into this matter.
I lost my mother last year, and now these ongoing issues are causing my father a lot of stress.

April 8, 2025 at 9:42 amFile a suit in the civil court of local jurisdiction for permanent injunction restraining your father’s brothers and their men from interfering with your peaceful possession of your father’s house.
-you can also file an application for temporary injunction along with the main suit(For permanent injunction) to restrain your father’s relatives until disposal of the case.If you are not in that home, you should also ask prayer of recovery of possession along with permanent injunction.
Hope it helps..
Contact a good local civil lawyer.
