Property dispute in Ranchi

My grandfather expired on 5 January 2024, I stay at his ancestoral house, my uncle, father’s older brother is childless and USA citizen, he has come to ranchi for Dadaji Barsi, yesterday he said he will take all the money from the bank, as he is the nominee done by grandfather ( I’m the only male child in the family) he is dividing everything equally between him and aunt ( my father’s sister) he mentioned that I won’t be getting a single penny.
What do I do here? Need quick action as he will leave for USA in 3 days time

Nominee can’t claim all the money. Legal heirs get equal shares

you can take legal action, if there is no will, you are a legal heir to 1/3 of all your grandfather’s assets.
