Ubasically., we live in locality in Kolkata, my father bought a house 20 year ago where we currently live in, now beside our house there was a small piece of land very small, roughly about a size of parking space. now our Neighbour (slum in our only locality) made a small ‘pakka’ house over it, they were living there since the last owner…(earlier they used to live there but within a small jhopri). they don’t have plumbing and make a mess in front our house every morning and evenings as there is a public tap water installation in front our house. the property is under our land agreement but what I hear we only paid for the house we are living in. what about that small piece of land which is a small house built on it?…we never objected about it as my father is very soft and respected person and wanted to avoid any dispute. there are about 14 people living in that small building adjacent to our house.
lately they were very disturbing Neighbours.
-the eldest of house drinks every night and shouts foul language in the street lol– they primary work as rickshaw driver, plumber and security guard. they put rickshaw in front our main gate.
-they use our house railings as a way for drying their clothes since ages, we will ask to them stop doing that in coming months since we are going to paint and renovate our house after long years.
– Due to their presence a lot of slums is made in our locality like many bihari families. we is little disturbing
can we remove them? who is the owner of that space?
