March 9, 2025 at 11:59 amI need some guidance regarding a property investment issue. We invested in a property through ansal properties & infrastructure ltd that has now declared bankruptcy. The Lucknow government is reportedly taking action against the company, but our property is located in a different city, and weβre unsure how to get involved. If youβve been through something similar or know what steps we should prioritize, please let me know

March 9, 2025 at 12:26 pmFirst and foremost file a complaint with the Police, a detailed complaint with the details of invested amounts.
In due course, the government is likely to return the amounts in a phase-wise manner or work out a solution for investors who may have been swindled.
Consult others in a similar scenario (same company), you will be able to get a lot of insight. -

March 9, 2025 at 1:13 pmIf a company has declared bankruptcy, then you will need to file a claim form before the IRP or Liquidator. If you think the directors committed fraud and have misappropriated the money, you may file complaint with the Police.
