Hi, so I have filed a case against my father for ancestral property ( they have given for JD) but the lawyer didn’t take the stay order yet it’s been 2 years and the construction is 85% done. Can u take stay order for the property now ? The current stage of case is reappearance of defendant. Please give suggestions.

Depends on what case you have filed.. has your lawyer applied for stay?
