March 23, 2025 at 10:19 pmInherited property with slight relative harassment issues. An investor says I take loan of 80% ltv against property value and they will foreclose after 90days of nonpayment and sell it. This is due to issues getting sale done upfront as relatives are harassing locally. I am 100% owner with full documentation, but they said things that turn off buyers away in open marketI live abroad and never going to India. Any advice taking this route? House is empty and locked. I just want to cash out and nothing more.
With loan, I wonβt have to file ITR as loan is not income from sale of property.

March 23, 2025 at 11:26 pmNah, not been there for 25 years and not going back beyond meeting relatives, friends and tourism. Credit report has no value. Just want to cash out the ancestral property. Strange problems require smart solutions.

March 24, 2025 at 2:17 pmHey, I was in a somewhat similar boat with a property issue back stateside while I lived abroad. The key for me was getting the right kind of help without stepping foot back home. I went through the VA Loan Network, which was a game changer. They managed to get me approved quickly, and the closing was smooth despite the distance.Definitely worth looking into a reliable network like that rather than risking it with an investor who’s already hinting at foreclosure. It sounds like a more secure way to handle your situation and cash out without the added stress. Just a thought based on my experience. Good luck, man!
