PIf you are a common man with less income your life will be ruined no matter which legal route you took against false cases from women. In this case it’s better to avoid much interaction with women at your workplace and outside. Typically you need to analyze the situation and if a woman is threatening you in public or workplace then it’s better to record the same and don’t utter any word and leave. There are some pen cameras which come handy in this situation which will help you record without raising any suspicion.
Secondly you can choose to avoid marriage for a lifetime to live a good life while safeguarding your assets and income from potential false dv cases and alimony.
I would recommend you not to entirely cut off talking with women but every time analyze the situation and if the situation is getting out of hand then proceed to leave.
Lastly all these problems won’t matter if you are a rich person and have good political connections. You can easily bribe the entire system and get yourself free in a couple of days. Unfortunately that’s how in modern India things work. Survival of the fittest.

ULegally you can’t. Even if you have no contact with women, no body can stop a person from filing a case against you. It up to the jurisdiction to dismiss it at their discretion.
My boss was targeted by some random woman who waltz into the office for no reason. He did not even see this women but she filed a case that he did some things to her outside of office. The time mentioned of the incident coinsides with a client meeting with many witnesses and a recording as it is zoom meeting. But still the process is slow and it’s still under investigation for 6+ months.-

Don’t rely on judiciary to do it’s job when it has shown time and again that it’s incapable and unwilling to do it.
Your best bet is to earn well. In India, for the right price, you can buy anything. There are many people who don’t give a fuck about the law. You can pay them to take care of the situation by any means possible.

All these people(mostly you know which gender) who are advising you to stay away from bad women, they are not gonna come and help you if you face accusations from any women. Nobody will. UNAL , but from a social standpoint, when you post stuff like this and act all men vs women in real life , you’ll shoot yourself in the foot.
The more hateful you are to women, the more likely it is that your actions can be misconstrued and you could also attract women who hate men and might want to teach you a lesson.
Now let’s say you have a false case filed against you, they see your reddit history full of shit like this, the women in your office and life can’t vouch for you because you didn’t treat them decently because you think it’s simping. Now we have a image of a ill adjusted man that the judges will find guilty . Because in absence of proof what you have is your character.
And since your character here speaks for yourself, maybe see women as people. Treat them with respect but keep a decent distance if that’s what you want.
this is what most women do instead of posting about protection against rapists . If you look at all of them with suspicious eyes and act shifty around them they’ll think you have something to hide , and that you infact are the problem. -
