Realme Techlife Washing Machine – False Complaint Closures, No Service, Mental Harassment

I bought a Realme Techlife washing machine through Flipkart. Since March 2025, the dry function has not been working.
I raised multiple complaints — each time the company:

Cancelled requests without visiting.

Falsely marked “customer not responding” or “issue resolved.”

Once wrongly connected me to an abusive caller.

Asked me to bring the machine to the service center despite home service warranty.

Even after emails and calls, no technician has visited my home till today.
They just keep canceling and re-raising complaints to delay action.

I am preparing to file a consumer court case for deficiency in service and mental harassment.
Beware if you’re planning to buy Realme appliances — after-sales service is non-existent.
