February 12, 2025 at 2:51 pmLocation – Delhi. We are planning to rebuild my grandfatherβs (deceased) house now in joint ownership of my father and his brother. We have been approached by some builders who have proposed to build 4 floors on the plot where they intend to keep one and let us have the rest three. I am a novice in this and learning about the dynamics of all this process and both my father and his brother are also not very aware of these things as much. Please, request you to advise me of the precautions and necessities that we need to take care of, legally and real estate wise while going ahead with this?
Many thanks in advance! -
