Received an used Laptop from Amazon

I bought an HP Victus Gaming laptop from Amazon on Feb 20 and received it on Feb 21. On checking the warranty on the HP official website, it says that the product has already been activated twice, and the last expiry date was on Fen 03, 2025. Now, when I contacted the Amazon Customer Team, they denied the request for replacement, claiming that I have already received many returns and replacements from my account. How is this even making sense?

Can you please help me with this? What do you think I should do? I am a student at IIT Delhi. If I say this to my parents, they are gonna surely kill me (not literally).

Did you pay with credit card.
If so you can chargeback.

Tip for life. Buy such expensive items with credit card.

Check in Google” how to dispute transaction + bank name”.

I’ve used it multiple times and always got money when the issue was legit.

You will have to do it from laptop most probably.

Bro if it was seal packed then send the bill to HP. They will update on their end.

The laptops are sometimes already activated sometimes when product is shipped but then delivery is cancelled by customer. It goes back to the warehouse without telling HP.

The box had no HP Seal; It was a plastic tape-fixed box.

I contacted HP, they have agreed to update the warranty, but the thing is I should get a new laptop right? Even if HP updates my warranty period.

Can you install HW info on the laptop and tell me battery cycles on it? Also the SSD writes
