Received notice under crpc 160

I did illegal construction in my house and town planner had sent a notice few days back. Today a police officer gave notice under CRPC 160 to go to police station tomorrow morning. The notice has FIR number mentioned on top of notice but I cannot find the fir online. Has an FIR been filled against me or is this an NCR. Please help on what steps to take

Go to your local police station and confirm the legitimacy of it.
Also 160 demands you to be in the police station in person, so both purposes would be resolved.

NCR’ on the other hand are not CrPc notices.

Should I take a lawyer or can I go alone?

I am not in a good situation financially and would only take the lawyer if absolutely necessary
