Registrar closing my complaint

I had complained on dy registar of society against my society for the harrassment meted by society towards me for recovery of double maintenance + transfer fee + interest on builder bought flat.

They sent a circular to society to look into the matter and even when I added more details to the complaint they closed it.

The website is sahkar samvad. Is there anything that can be done so the society is taken to task? Ita takes 50 rs for a complaint so I paid another 50 rs to create another complaint and added all details and receipt.

ADVOCATE HERE. Looks like just because you have a platform at your disposal, you are not taking things seriously. If you are clearly observing things not turning in your favour, why are you even trying the exactly same thing again? Nonetheless, better way woule be: File a declaratory+injunction suit, let them learn a lesson. My best wishes.
