How will religion change impact the divorce case judgment in the following scenario:

1- Conversion happens after the marriage! While the groom’s family doesn’t convert. His wife also does not convert. Will his divorce happen as per Muslim marriage law or Hindu law?

2- Conversion happens during the divorce hearing. He decided to convert after his wife had filed cases against him and his family. But the wife has filed under Hindu marriage and divorce but the guy decides to convert then.

3- After the divorce the male decided to convert. In this case, will maintenance also get changed?

(Also is it like allowed that during the hearing the guy writes and orally declares in front of the judge that he wishes to convert to another faith- how will it impact the proceeding)
